Bridging the gaps and removing obstacles that some residents may face in maintaining their lawns this summer is one way we can help build pride and connections in our community. Southside Hope received funding and support from Columbus Recreation and Parks Department to employ youth to help keep the Marion-Franklin area looking good this summer.
We are currently accepting applications to provide free basic lawncare and maintenance each week during the summer to residents in the Marion-Franklin neighborhood who may need help.
Services to be provided free of charge include:
- Weekly Lawn Mowing (through September 6)
- Sweep and Rake Flower Beds
- Bag Yard Waste (as needed)
