This course will provide training and skills to advance your personal goals and achievement in all aspects of life.  You’ll learn new techniques to cope with challenges and barriers that may be holding you back.  You’ll discover how to make choices and decisions that keep you focused and moving forward toward your goals.

Contents and Overview

You’ll begin by defining your personal stance on the bridge–a starting point from which you’ll begin to build your bridge to success.  This course uses the EMPATH Bridge to Self-Sufficiency® as a tool to pace and measure your milestones and accomplishments.

You’ll take a look at all aspects of your life and how they interconnect and impact your ability to achieve your goals.  The EMPATH tool will help you to get a good sense of where you are in your life, what strengths you have that will help you along in this journey, and also areas that may pose a challenge or be barriers as you try and reach your goals.  You’ll gain access to resources available to help you navigate those barriers and challenges.

You’ll learn to set real, attainable goals that are measurable, relevant, and generate results.  Finally, you’ll be paired with a Mobility Mentor® to help keep you on track.
